1. Consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the meaning of Article liminaire of the French Consumer Code, you benefit from a legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, without stating a reason.
Because the Service is a digital service supplied online, when you purchase a tool you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code. Until you start using the Service within the 14-day window, your right of withdrawal remains available.

2. Satisfaction guarantee
- Individual tools are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied, or if the tool has not been used (no generation performed).
- We prioritise customer satisfaction: if the output does not meet your expectations, contact our support team and we will make it right — including a full refund when appropriate.
3. Exceptions
- We may refuse refund requests where the Service has been used in breach of the Terms of Service (including abusive usage, automated mass querying, or content violating our Acceptable Use policy).
- We may refuse refund requests in the event of repeated refund claims by the same customer or beneficiary without objective justification.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, including the invoice number and the reason for the request. Our support team examines every request and responds within 24 hours. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days (the exact time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer).
5. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue directly. We are committed to handling every request fairly and quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to the suspension of your account.
